FALL OUT BOYS ‘PETE WENTZ’S SEX TAPE….OOOPS!

And according to the tabloids today, it looked as if Fall Out Boy’s Pete Wentz had joined the likes of Paris Hilton, Tommy Lee, and Pamela Anderson, as steamy footage of the bass-wielding star getting all saucy with a young lady started circulating on the Internet.

Alas, Wentz was quick to explain (on his blog, of course) that the footage is simply a scene from a short film called Goodnight Moon.

“I just wanted to put the word out on the streets/the internet [that] there is no Pete Wentz sex tape in existence,” he wrote.

“About a year-and-a-half ago I took part in an indie gore/horror short film as a favour to my friend Nathan – called ‘Goodnight Moon’. Either way I’m not into being an actor or having a sex tape either sooooooooo, hopefully you can deal with it…”What an attitude!

RAPPER BIRDMAN ARRESTED IN TENN.

KINGSPORT, Tenn. – Rapper Bryan “Birdman” Williams was among 16 people charged with possession of marijuana Tuesday after the RV they were riding in was pulled over by police for making an improper lane change.

Kingsport Police Cpl. Tim Horne said he stopped the vehicle after seeing it force a tractor trailer into the emergency lane on Interstate 81.

Horne said he could smell marijuana from inside the rented RV and located about a pound of marijuana in a trash can in the kitchenette after obtaining consent to search the vehicle.

Williams, 38, his wife Brittany, 18, and his brother, Ronald Williams, 43, were each charged with possession of more than 1/2 ounce of marijuana as were 13 others, several of whom are also affiliated with the rap industry and Cash Money Records, which was founded by Bryan and Ronald Williams.

Among those arrested were road manager Shahid Muhammad, 40, Cash Money Records promoter Casey Collins, 42, and music promoter Ovide Antoine, 32, of Miami, Fla.

All 16 remained jailed late Tuesday night. It was not known if any of them had an attorney.

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms is assisting in the investigation because an assault rifle, a handgun and a magazine for a .45-caliber handgun were found on the RV, Horne said. No weapons charges have been filed.

The group said they were traveling from New Orleans to New York for a BET network shoot, Horne said.

The one-name wonder and his wife, Tameka Foster, welcomed a baby boy on Monday night in Atlanta, his agent confirmed,.While his rep didn’t have any details about the baby’s name or birth stats, the Grammy-winning entertainer previously that he planned to have his firstborn share the family moniker and be named Usher Raymond V.

This is the first child for Usher and fourth for Foster.

Usher, 29, and Foster, 37, announced the pregnancy in June.

The couple wed in a private civil ceremony on Aug. 3 and renewed their vows Sept. 1 in a blowout party in Atlanta.
